09.1221 Shortened School Day or Week (formerly Part-Time Students)
Revisions incorporate KSBA model language, JCPS staff recommendations based on KRS 159.030 and 702. KAR 7:125, and KDE guidance as part of the Final Audit CAP review process.
08.132 Gifted and Talented
Revisions incorporate KSBA Model language and changes recommended by JCPS to ensure close alignment with 704 KAR 3.285. KDE provided suggestions as well.
