Enter into Executive Session
The Board will conduct closed sessions, pursuant to KRS 61.810 (1)(f) and KRS 61.810(1)(c) of the Kentucky Open Meetings Act, for discussions by the Board of Education that might lead to the appointment of an individual employee and discussions of proposed or pending litigation.
Order #2017-152 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education conduct an executive session for the purpose of discussions which might lead to the appointment of an individual employee as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(f) passed with a motion by Mr. Benjamin Gies and a second by Mrs. Stephanie Horne.

Order #2017-154 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education enter into an agreement with an acting superintendent effective July 2, 2017, passed with a motion by Mr. Benjamin Gies and a second by Dr. Lisa Willner.
Order #2017-155 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education conduct an executive session for the purpose of discussions relating to proposed or pending litigation as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(c) passed with a motion by Mr. Benjamin Gies and a second by Mrs. Stephanie Horne.
