Order #2017-124 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education enter executive session as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(c) of the Open Meetings Act, for the purpose of a discussion relating to proposed or pending litigation passed with a motion by Dr. Lisa Willner and a second by Ms. Diane Porter.
Order #2017-125 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education adjourn from executive session and return to open session passed with a motion by Mrs. Linda Duncan and a second by Mr. Benjamin Gies.
Order #2017-126 - Motion Passed: A motion that the Board of Education enter executive session as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(f) of the Open Meetings Act, for the purpose of discussions that might lead to the appointment of an individual employee passed with a motion by Mr. Benjamin Gies and a second by Mrs. Linda Duncan.
