Discussion of the Board Agenda Pilot

At the Jefferson County Board of Education meeting on February 21, 2017, the Board approved piloting an alternative way to manage Board meetings for March and May 2017. The pilot makes no changes to the Board Agenda format set forth in Board Policy 0.145. Rather, within that format, it adjusts the balance of the work across the two meeting dates in each month.
This work session will provide Board members the opportunity to discuss how the pilot structure worked in March – what worked well, and what could be improved – so that implementation in May can be modified accordingly.
