Call to Order
This called meeting of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County School District Finance Corporation was called to order on Monday, November 23, 2015, at the VanHoose Education Center, 3332 Newburg Road, Louisville, Kentucky, 40218 at 6:45 p.m.
II.
Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting of Board of Directors
This action is necessary for the orderly operation of the Corporation.

President Donna Hargens recommends that the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors, which was held on August 24, 2015, as presented, be and are hereby ratified and approved, and shall be entered into the minute book of the Corporation
Motion Passed: President Donna Hargens recommends that the minutes of the meeting of the Board of Directors, which was held on August 24, 2015, as presented, be and are hereby ratified and approved, and shall be entered into the minute book of the Corporation passed with a motion by Mr. David Jones and a second by Dr. Lisa Willner.

Acceptance of Report from Strothman and Company, P.S.C., on Audit of Financial Statements
This action is necessary for the orderly operation of the Corporation.

President Donna Hargens recommends the "Report on Audit of Financial Statements" for the most recent fiscal year of the Corporation, which report has been prepared by Strothman and Company, P.S.C., independent certified public accountants and has been presented to the Board of Directors, be accepted.

Bond Issue Approvals and Authorizations
This action is necessary in order to effect the issuance of the Corporation's School Building Revenue Bonds, Series 2015C (the "Series 2015C Bonds").
