Work Session: Student Fees

As required by KRS 3:130, all school fees are being presented for adoption by the Board of Education.
These fees are subject to review by each school’s staff, administration, and Site-Based Decision Making Council and are audited every year.
By law, the fees must be used for the stated purpose and no other purpose. JCPS Internal Audit reviews the fees periodically to ensure that fee revenue is being spent for the purpose designated and not accumulated.
