Working Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-15

The topic of this work session is the Working Budget for Fiscal Year 2014-15, which will be presented for the Board’s approval on September 22, 2014.
Once approved by the Jefferson County Board of Education, the Working Budget will be submitted to the Kentucky Board of Education for approval as required by KRS 160.470.
The budget process for Fiscal Year 2014-15 began with the General Fund Draft Budget, which was approved by the Board on January 27, 2014, and was followed by the approval of the Tentative Budget on May 27, 2014.
