Approval of Revised 2013-14 School Calendar
House Bill 211 allows for Friday, June 6, to be the last student day if school districts reach a minimum of 1062 student instructional hours.
The Kentucky Department of Education has confirmed that the District will have accrued 1066 hours as of June 6, 2014.
If there are no additional days missed due to inclement weather, we will have made up 7 of the 11 instructional days missed prior to the last student day.

Order #44 - Motion Passed: Superintendent Donna Hargens recommends that the Board of Education approve the attached revised 2013-14 school calendar. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mrs. Carol Ann Haddad and a second by Mrs. Debbie Wesslund.
III.
Approval of Proposed 2014 High School Graduation Schedule
The attached 2014 graduation schedule provides that no graduation will be conducted prior to the last student day.
However, in the event another day is lost due to inclement weather, the attached schedule will remain in effect. House Bill 211 provides that a school district may schedule graduation ceremonies before the final instructional day.
