Rationale

It is recommended the Board approve for schools to apply for the following grant (s).

1.  BSMS, COVID-19 Remote Learning Emergency Fund for Educators/National Geographic Society Grant,
     $8,000, to be used for creating innovative virtual or hybrid instructional resources.
2.  GES, Annie's Grants for Gardens, $3,000, to be used for supplies for an edible garden.
3.  PES, Farm Bureau Agriculture Mini Grant, $500, to be used for Cross Curricular Unit on Corn and provide
     Ag books/science kits.
4.  PES, GoodSports Grant, this grant will provide equipment, apparel and footwear to students most in need.
5.  WBES, Budding Botanist, $1,200, to be used to start a school garden on campus, creation of virtual
     garden, and take-home gardening kits. 
6.  WBES, Annie's Grants for Gardens, $3,000, to be used for supplies for an edible garden.

     physical education programs.
