8. Approve to accept bid from Manning Brothers for an elementary school cafeteria serving line
Discussion

The bid committee proposes to accept the bid from Manning Brothers for the following reasons:


1. They were the only bid submitted that met the bid proposal requirements by itemizing prices to include labor, materials and equipment for the serving line.


2. The bid price includes $7,800.00 in free goods of choice from catalog.


3. The reputation of the company to respond in a timely manner to resolve questions and issues that may arise is excellent compared to any other bid submissions.

9. Approve SBDM Section 6 Allocation of $115.00 per student
10. Approve to modify DPP position to include Director of Transportation duties
