Approve to accept bid from JW Associates School Equipment Specialists, Inc. for high school cafeteria tables and seating
The bid committee proposes to accept the higher bid from JW Associates School Equipment Specialist, Inc. for the following reasons:
1. The design is superior and more appealing than other bidders and provides a better experience for students.
2. The quality of the fiberglass seating will be more durable against wear and tear over time.
3. The flexibility of the tables/booths provides greater mobility due to folding tables and rolling/locking casters.
4. The warranty provides more extensive protection against loss.
5. The Company specializes in school cafeteria design and has much more extensive experience in this industry.
