Order #38 - Motion Passed:  A motion to enter into Executive Session passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Jon Sights.

Order #39 - Motion Passed:  The Board of Education has modified the recommenation of the North Middle School Administration by expelling the student to the Central Academy day school program for one calendar year. Student will be able to exit the program after the first 9 weeks of the 2013/2014 school year. Student's grades must be brought up to passing by the end of the current 9 week session with no policy or code violations or he will be subject to night school. Student must have all passing grades and no policy or code violations during the course of the calendar year. In the event of a policy violation, Student will face another hearing before the Board and be subject to night school and/or any other consequence deemed appropriate by the Board. This action passed with a motion by Mr. Michael Waller and a second by Mr. Jon Sights.

Order #40 - Motion Passed:  A motion to exit out of executive session passed with a motion by Mr. Greg Hunsaker and a second by Mrs. Lisa Baird.

Order #41 - Motion Passed:  There being no further business to come before the Board, a request to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 p.m. passed with a motion by Mr. Michael Waller and a second by Mr. Greg Hunsaker.
