Order #249 - Motion Passed:  A request to expel xxxxx to CLC's day school program until the end of the 2011-2012 school year, with the understanding that xxxxx would comply with all the rules and regulations to be outlined by the CLC Administration. Included in the Board's determination is the directive that if xxxxx fails any future drug screens or has any significant disciplinary infractions the CLC Administration will notify Dr. Richey and xxxxx will be removed from the day school program and placed in the night school program in accordance with the terms of the Administration's original recommendation. passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Michael Waller.
