Order #83 - Motion Passed: A motion to approve the minutes from the November 16, 2020 Regular Meetintg passed with a motion by Mr. Michael Waller and a second by Mrs. Lisa Baird.

Order #84 - Motion Passed: A motion to choose Option A, which limits attendance at games to essential personnel, a maximum number of 41 "preferred personnel" (cheerleaders, dance team and pep band), plus a spectator allotment of 2 tickets for players/coaches and 1 ticket for dance, cheer and band members. Winter sports teams to begin practice on January 4, 2021 and competitions on January 11, 2021, regardless of the mode of instruction. Teams will follow the protocol under Fall Sports, unless the Health Department advises that requiring testing before practices begin is not feasible. The Superintendent has the authority to impose testing based on the recommendation by the Health Department passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Michael Waller.

Order #85 - Motion Passed: A motion to approve the Home Stretch Supplement of a two-percent (2%) of the total salary for all permanent staff with the possibility of an addendum next week at the regular scheduled board meeting for substitutes that will be later identified by Dr. Bob Lawson passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Kirk Haynes.
