Order #111 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve the Revised BG-1 (Ref#15821) for BG 17-216 - South Middle School Asphalt & Track Repairs & Auditorium Light Replacement Project to repair five (5) cracks wider than expected due to erosion with a total construction cost of $114,410.00 passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Dr. Sally Sugg.

III.B. Change Order Number 001 for BG 17-216 - South Middle School Asphalt & Track Repairs & Auditorium Light Replacement Project
Actions Taken

Order #112 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve Change Order Number 001 for BG 17-216 - South Middle School Asphalt & Track Repairs & Auditorium Light Replacement Project in the amount of $8,500.00 for labor and materials to complete the patching of five (5) areas, excavate existing are @2' wide, install asphalt pavement to match existing and install mesh over joints on each side of patch passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Dr. Sally Sugg.

III.C. Change Order Number 001 for BG 17-218 - HCHS Miscellaneous Repairs & Replacement Project

Order #113 - Motion Passed:  A motion to approve Change Order Number 001 for BG 17-218 - HCHS Miscellaneous Repairs & Replacement Project in the amount of $1,440.00 for labor and material to install an extra 72' of guardian crack repair passed with a motion by Mrs. Tracey Williams and a second by Mr. Wesley Smith.
