RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT (“BOARD”); ACKNOWLEDGING THE NECESSITY TO AMEND THE BOND RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 21, 2015 BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE HENDERSON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT FINANCE CORPORATION TO CORRECT A TYPOGRAPHIC ERROR AND REQUESTING THE FINANCE CORPORATION TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION TO AMEND SAID BOND RESOLUTION SO AS TO CORRECTLY REFLECT THE BOARD’S DESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENCE BANK AS PAYING AGENT AND BOND REGISTRAR.
