Order #126 - Motion Passed:  A motion to enter into Executive Session pursuant to KRS 61.810(f) for the purpose of discussions which might lead to the expulsion of a student for violation of Board Policy at 5:16 p.m. passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Jon Sights.

Order #127 - Motion Passed:  The Board of Education has accepted the recommendation of the Administration and will expel student and student effective April 1, 2014 from North Middle School and Henderson County High School for one (1) calendar year with services and to be placed at Central Academy day school program with the provision that student and student must comply with all rules and regulations and have acceptable conduct to the Administration. If either student does not comply with the provisions set forth, he will be referred back to the Board for disciplinary action passed with a motion by Mr. Jon Sights and a second by Mrs. Jennifer Keach.

Order #128 - Motion Passed:  A motion to move out of Executive Session at 5:21 p.m. passed with a motion by Mr. Jon Sights and a second by Mrs. Jennifer Keach.

Order #129 - Motion Passed:  Request to close the meeting at 5:22 p.m. passed with a motion by Mr. Jon Sights and a second by Mrs. Jennifer Keach.
