Order #81 - Motion Passed:  A motion to move into executive session pursuant to KRS 61.810(f) for the purpose of conducting a student expulsion hearing passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Jon Sights.

Order #82 - Motion Passed:  The Board of Education has accepted the recommendation of the Administration along with the modification made by the Superintendent and will expel student to Central Academy Dayside for one calendar year, if there are any disciplines at Central Academy, student will be brought before the Board for permanent expulsion and before admittance back in to Henderson County High School, student must have a complete psychological evaluation passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Baird and a second by Mr. Jon Sights.

Order #83 - Motion Passed:  A motion to move out of Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. passed with a motion by Mr. Greg Hunsaker and a second by Mrs. Lisa Baird.
