Discussion and approval of recommended changes to HCAR 3.121 (Certified Salaries) and HCAR 3.221 (Classified Salaries)
Motion Passed: Approval of the recommended changes to HCAR 3.121 and HCAR 3.221 effective July 1, 2007, excluding the state salary mandates or any other board raises for 2007-2008
passed with a motion by Mr. Charlie Wise and a second by Mr. John Emary.

Discussion and decision regarding annexation petitions received from Elizabethtown Board of Education
Motion Passed: The Hardin County Board of Education shall not agree to the annexation of its territory as requested in the annexation petition received from the Elizabethtown Board of Education and describing property generally located in the vicinity of Pear Orchard Road and, as to the annexation petition received from Boone Construction LLC and Barry and Andy Boone describing property shown on the preliminary plat of Winding Springs Subdivision and Lot #5 of Bush Subdivision. The request that these 2 portions of the Hardin County School District be annexed in to the Elizabethtown Independent District is hereby denied passed with a motion by Mr. Scott Tubbs and a second by Mr. Charlie Wise.
