The student shall not be permitted on any Hardin County School property or at any Hardin County Schools event. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mr. Ben Sego and a second by Mr. Mark Casey.

Order #11424 - Motion Passed:  Student 25-26I is expelled with services through the HCS Eschool program, an alternative, virtual program, for a period of 12 months or until the necessary credits have been earned for graduation. The students shall not be permitted on any Hardin County Schools property or at any Hardin County Schools event. A review shall be held before the board in May of 2027, if necessary. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mr. Ben Sego and a second by Mr. Mark Casey.

Order #11425 - Motion Passed:  Student 25-26J is expelled with services for a minimum of 12 months. The student will be provided services through the HCS Eschool program, an alternative, virtual program. Student 25-26J is not permitted on any Hardin County Schools property or at any Hardin County Schools event. A review shall be held before the board in May of 2027. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mr. Ben Sego and a second by Mr. Mark Casey.

Order #11426 - Motion Passed:  Approval to go into executive session to discuss personnel under KRS 61.810(1)(f) and pending litigation under KRS 61.810(1)(c) passed with a motion by Mr. Ben Sego and a second by Mr. Mark Casey.
