Executive Session - Student Hearing
Order #11367 - Motion Passed: Approval to go into executive session for a student hearing under KRS 61.810(1)(f) passed with a motion by Mr. Steve Bland and a second by Mr. Mark Casey.
VII.
Result of Student Hearing for Student 25-26D
Order #11368 - Motion Passed: Student 25-26D is expelled with services through the HCS virtual school for a period of 12 months. The student shall not be permitted on any Hardin County Schools property or at any Hardin County Schools events. A review shall be held before the board in December of 2026. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mr. Charlie Wise and a second by Mr. Steve Bland.
