Order #11295 - Motion Passed: Approval to go into executive session for a student hearing under KRS 61.810(1)(f) passed with a motion by Mr. Mark Casey and a second by Mr. Ben Sego.

Result of Student Hearing for Student 24-25A
Order #11296 - Motion Passed: We recommend Student 24-25A be expelled with services through the Eschool program. Upon successful completion of the program, the diploma will be mailed directly to the student's home address. Student 24-25A is not allowed on any Hardin County Schools property without explicit permission granted through a formal request submitted to the Superintendent's Office. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mr. Charlie Wise and a second by Mr. Ben Sego.
