Order #10974 - Motion Passed:  Approval to go into executive session for a student hearing passed with a motion by Mr. Ben Sego and a second by Mr. Steve Bland.

XIV. Result of Student Hearing for Student 21-22A
Actions Taken

Order #10975 - Motion Passed:  We recommend Student 21-22A be expelled with services for one calendar year with a review at the end of each trimester to review progress and success. The services for the expulsion will be provided through E-School. It is also the hope of this board that the student will participate in counseling services. At the end of the one-year expulsion, Student 21-22A will be allowed to attend College View Campus (CVC) to complete the program. At successful completion of the CVC program, the student will be reviewed for enrollment in a traditional Hardin County high school or Hardin County High. The recommendation passed with a motion by Mr. Steve Bland and a second by Ms. Sherry Barnes.
