Order #10684 - Motion Passed:  Approval to go into executive session to discuss student hearing passed with a motion by Mrs. Andrea Palmer and a second by Mr. Ben Sego.

XIV. Expulsion
Actions Taken

Order #10685 - Motion Passed:  I recommend that Student 18-19B be expelled with services for the remainder of his/her high school career while retaining all credits earned at this time. The services for this expulsion will be provided at College View Education Center or through a virtual on-line curriculum provided by the district and complete his/her high school diploma through Hardin County High School. Student 18-19B is banned from all property owned/operated by the Hardin County Schools, except to take finals at the district Central Office. He/She must contact the Director of Alternative Programs to schedule a date and time to take finals. passed with a motion by Mr. Ben Sego and a second by Mrs. Andrea Palmer.
