XIII.A. Expulsion
Actions Taken

Order #10614 - Motion Passed:  Approval to expel student expel Student 1718A for the remainder of the 2017/2018 School year. Student 1718A will retain all credits at this time and receive services at College View Education Center and concurrently through our virtual on-line program. HCS will not provide transportation for Student 1718A during the expulsion period. Student 1718A will not be allowed on any Hardin County Schools property or at any Hardin County Schools activities with the exception of College View Education Center during normal school hours. Student 1718A and his/her parents must come back before the Hardin County School Board at the end of the 2017/2018 school year for a determination of placement for the 2018/2019 school year. passed with a motion by Ms. Dawn Logsdon Johnson and a second by Mr. Mike Kinney.
