Burkhead facility as surplus to the educational needs of the district and approve for the Superintendent to negotiate a tentative lease agreement with the Head Start for the use of this portion of the facility pending KDE approval passed with a motion by Mr. John Emary and a second by Mr. Mike Kinney.
