Order #9631 - Motion Passed:  Approval of exemption from Hardin County School's policy 9.2 (Wellness Policy) for all schools in the district in order to offer snacks mid-morning during the testing program and that snacks offered must adhere to food and snack guidelines mandated by state legislation passed with a motion by Mr. Scott Tubbs and a second by Mr. John Emary.
