IV.A. Approve the 2022/2023 Schedule of Pay Dates.
IV.B. Approve request to bid bus maintenance, fuel, and oil for the 2022/2023 school year.
IV.C. Approve district applications and/or participation in the following state and federal programs for the 2022/2023 school year: IDEA (Preschool & Basic); State Flex Focus Grants – Preschool, Professional Development, Safe Schools, ESS, and Instructional Resources (Textbooks); Gifted and Talented; Title III - Limited English Proficiency Grant and Immigrant Title I; Title IV - Part A and Part B; Title V - Rural and Low Income; Community Based Work Transition Program; Title II, Part A - Teacher Quality; Title I, Part C - Education of Migratory Children; Migrant Program Grant; Impact Aid; 21st Century Community Learning Center Grant; Title I, Part C – Perkins Career and Technical Education; National School Lunch Program; School Breakfast Program; Summer Food Service Program; USDA Commodity Program; Afterschool Snack Program.
IV.D. Approve updated MOU with Glasgow Police Department for provision of School Resource Officers for the 2022/2023 and 2023/2024 school years.
IV.E. Escrow the SFCC second offers of assistance in FY-2022 in the amount of $24,768 for Education Technology Funding.
IV.F. Award Contracts for Base Bid as per the attached Contract Summary; subject to the approval of the Kentucky Department of Education, Division of Facilities Management.
IV.G. Approve and execute attached revised BG-1.

IV.I. Declare GHS Cafeteria Tables and Chairs, Grasshopper 227 61" Cut Lawn Mower, Grasshopper 932 Liquid Cooled 72" Cut Lawn Mower, 1 Red Max Weed Eater and 1 Husqvarna Long Weed Eater as Surplus.
IV.J. Approve Donation from Don Franklin Glasgow to Glasgow High School Track in the amount of $500.00.
IV.K. Approve Donation from Barren Co. Fiscal Court to South Green Elementary in the amount of $750.00
IV.L. Approve Donation from Barren Co. Fiscal Court to Glasgow Middle School in the Amount of $1,000.00.
IV.M. Approve Donation from Barren Co. Fiscal Court to Highland Elementary in the amount of $750.00.
IV.N. Approve Donation from Span Tech to Glasgow High School Choir in the amount of $1,000.00.
