Approve construction Change Order #1-DPO # - Hagan & Stone - Voided: failed to be able to comply with project requirements and will not provide downspout materials. Deduct ($16,182.82)

Approve construction Change Order #7 - for Scott, Murphy, Daniel - add monies to General Contractor contract to revise the contract sum due to direct purchase order #3 with Hagan and Stone being voided. Add $16,182.82 to contract.

Approve the Personnel Contract/Memorandum of Agreement Contract with the Commonwealth of Kentucky regarding the appointment of William Philbeck as an Education Recovery Leader for KDE for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Approve district property, general liability, inland marine, automobile, and liability umbrella insurance agency and vendors for the 2020/2021 school year.

Approve contracting with TJ Regional Health for a full-time school nurse at GHS, GMS, SGE, HES and GPA/District for the 2020/2021 school year with funding of $2000 per nurse coming from school SBDM monies and the remaining $11500 per nurse being funded by the district.
