Adopt Agenda - Adopt agenda with the following amendment: Add to STUDENT SERVICES ACTIONS: Item IV.K – Approve the completed 2018 – 2019 school year calendar for Glasgow Independent Schools to reflect February 1, 2019 as a non-instructional planning day for staff – no students (due to excessive illness).

IV. STUDENT SERVICES ACTIONS
IV.A. Approve and award the bus maintenance bid for the 2019/2020 school year to B & S Garage.
IV.B. Approve and award the fuel and oil bids for the 2019/2020 school year to Big Meadow Oil.
IV.C. Approve and award the waste disposal service bid for the 2019/2020 school year to Lakeside Recycling.
IV.D. Approve and award the beverage bid for the 2019/2020 school year to Clark Beverages.
IV.E. Approve to increase GHS Athletic Director position to full-time.
IV.F. Approve contracting for a full-time school nurse at GHS, GMS, SGE, HES and GPA/District for the 2019/2020 school year with funding of $2000 per nurse coming from school SBDM monies and the remaining $13000 per nurse being funded by the district.
IV.G. Approve district assurances for the 2019/2020 school year.
IV.H. Approve participation in the KSBA Medicaid billing program and updated fee rate for 2019/2020 school year.
IV.I. Approve bond of depository.
IV.J. Approve donation to Highland Elementary from the Highland PTO in the amount of $2380.

V. CLOSED SESSION
V.A. The Board will enter into closed session for preliminary discussions relating to the evaluation of the Superintendent pursuant to KRS 156.557(6) and KRS 61.810(1)(k).
V.B. Adjourn from Closed Session to return to Open Session.
VI. Present and adopt the draft summative evaluation of the Superintendent.
