II.C. Cindy Greer with the accounting firm of Campbell, Myers, and Rutledge will present the District and School Audit Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018.
II.D. Instructional Supervisor Michelle Tinsley and Superintendent Keith Hale will present the District Needs Assessment and Comprehensive District Improvement Plan.
II.E. District Principals BobbiSue Holmes, Jennifer Myers, Regina Murphy and Amy Allen will answer any questions regarding the School Needs Assessments and Comprehensive School Improvement Plan for their respective schools.
II.F. Update on new graduation requirement for Civics testing (Senate Bill 159).
II.G. Update of RFP for Alternative School/Football project.
II.H. School Nutrition Director Stacy Jessie and district principals BobbiSue Holmes, Jennifer Myers, Regina Murphy and Amy Allen will present the annual assessment of nutrition/food services and physical activity environment report.

IV.A. Approve Change Order #1 for South Green and Glasgow Middle School Security Vestibules.
IV.B. Approve Memorandum of Agreement between Glasgow Police Department and Glasgow Independent Schools for Resource Officers for the 2018-2019 school year.
IV.C. Appoint Board member to 2019/2020 Calendar Committee.
IV.D. Approve selections for membership for the 2019-2020 Calendar Committee.
IV.E. Accept donation to GHS Football team in the amount of $844.02.
IV.F. Accept donation to GHS athletics in the amount of $1000.
