Order #127 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the Consent Agenda as presented passed with a motion by Mr. William Cofield and a second by Mr. Doug Crowe.

The EMS PTSA is asking approval to hold the following fundraisers:
1. Boxtops - collect boxtops and submit for payment in the spring/fall to purchase incentives, PSTA expenses and teacher needs.
2. EMS apparel - sell shirts, hoodies & sweatshirts to benefit student incentives, celebratory parties, teacher needs.

Hearn Elementary SBDM council voted to create two 120 day certified interventionist positions for the area of mathematics.  These positions will be funded using Hearn Title I money for 2013-2014.

The next meeting of the Franklin County Board of Education will be 6pm on Monday, September 9, 2013 at Western Hills High School.
