Rationale

The Board held a first reading of Policies 03.21 and 09.4261 at the June 17, 2013 meeting.

Policies 09.111 and 09.122 had a first reading at the June 3, 2013 meeting. They had to wait until June 25th for a second reading.

Rationale

The FCHS football team is requesting the creation of a booster paid assistant coach for the 2012 season that concluded during this past school year.  A miscommunication between the football team, AD, principal, and FCPS CO lead to the oversight in the official creation of this position last school year. The position will be paid $4400.
