Rita Rector will present a report on Western Hills High School.

III. 2011-2012 Financial Audit
Rationale

Bob Ross from Ross & Company, CPA will be presenting the 2011-2012 annual financial audit to the board.

IV. Report on 2012-2013 Enrollment Projections and Demographic information
Rationale

Enrollment projectons have been critical data for school districsts in developing plans and determinig needs, anticipated revenue, staffing allocations, funding (SEEK) and other factors related to the students we serve.

Dr. Wagoner will discuss the most recent data related to the district's enrollment projection and demographic information.

VII.A. Approve CIITS/TLN Stipends
Rationale

Request approval to add a CIITS Leader Stipend to the Extended Duties Salary Schedule.  The amount would be $500 each and would be funded from the CIITS grant.

Request approval to add a TLN Leader Stipend to the Extended Duties Salary Schedule.  The amount would be $500 each.  Elementary funds would come from the Title I grant and middle/high school funds would come from the Title II grant.
