Approve FCHS Dance Team Assistant Coach
Request the creation of an assistant dance team coach for Franklin County High School for the 2012-2013 school year. The position is for one year only and the assistant would be paid $200. Funds for the position would be provided by the FCHS Dance Team Booster Club.

Facility Commissioning Group is requesting approval to pay $8447.75 for work completed on the CTC renovation project.

Approve CO Co-Teaching Training
The board just approved contracts with special education teachers from Spencer County on Oct. 1, 2012 to provide follow up training to our middle school teachers regarding co-teaching. We had also asked for a science teacher, social studies teacher, and instructional assistant to assist with the training. The staff at Spencer County would like to provide this training on Oct. 18th or 19th since they do not have classes on those days.
I am recommending we provide additional training and contract with the following to assist with the training: Denise Shelburne, Lillian Mathews, Anna Stokley, Angela Smith
IV.J.
Approve PME Special Education Aide
In order to comply with a student's IEP, we need to create a full-time (7 hrs/day) Special Education Instructional Aide position for Peaks Mill Elementary School. This position will be funded from the general fund.
