II. Report from Collins Lane Elementary
Rationale

Sharla Six will present a report on Collins Lane Elementary.

III. Approve Resolution Approving Refinancing of Bonds
Rationale

Dwight Salisbury, from Ross-Sinclair, who acts as our fiscal agent in these matters, is recommending that we refinance existing bonds in order to refund and retire some of the outstanding revenue series 2004B bonds.

The Bond Resolution is attached.

Recommended Motion

Approval of the attached Resolution be adopted so as to allow the refinancing of series 2004B Bonds

It is necessary for the Franklin County School District Finance Corporation to have a brief meeting.

IV.B. Approve Resolution Approving Refinancing of 2004B Bonds
Rationale

Because of an improving Bond Market (from 2004), the Fiscal Agent is recommending that the Franklin County School District Finance Corporation approve the attached resolution.

Dwight Salisbury, from Ross Sinclair, will present the Bond Resolution to the Board.

Rationale

The regular meeting of the Franklin County Board is back in session.

VI. Approve Working Budget for 2012-2013
Rationale

According to KRS 16.470, districts must submit a Working Budget to KDE. The Board approved a Tentative Working Budget at the May 21st Board meeting which was based on projected enrollment for the 2012-13 school year. The Working Budget presented at this time is a revision of the Tentative Working Budget.
