Motion Passed:  To reconsider motion to discontinue contract with American Founders Bank passed with a motion by Mr. William Cofield and a second by Mrs. Pat Fannin.

Motion Passed:  Move approval of the Superintendent's recommendation on this item to renew for the third year of the contract with American Founders Bank for the 2006-2007 school year. passed with a motion by Mr. William Cofield and a second by Mrs. Linda LaFontaine.
