I. Call to Order

II. Report from Western Hills
Rationale

Rita Rector will present a report on Western Hills High School.

III. Update on Revenue and Expense Trends
Rationale

Last month, Bob Wagoner shared enrollment projections with the Board.  The next step of the budget process for 2012-13 is to review revenue and expense trends.

Take this under advisement.

IV. Approve Proposal for District Logo
Rationale

Our district logo needs to be updated.  Five Oaks Communications has submitted a proposal for email management system and developing a logo with a "tag line."   We are preparing for our spring recruitment fairs and meetings and need to update our materials as quickly as possible. 

Although this proposal includes an emailing management system (which our new state data system will address), we can approve the parts of the proposal which deal with #1 on the proposal - the logo proposal.  Once aproved, Five Oaks Communications will prepare a contract which addresses only #1.

Recommended Motion

Approval of the proposal to proceed with a contract for Logo development with Five Oaks Communications, LLC.

Order #72 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the proposal to proceed with a contract for Logo development with Five Oaks Communications, LLC. passed with a motion by Dr. Jennifer Grisham-Brown and a second by Ms. BeLinda Henson.
