Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
An Interlocal Cooperation Agreement to establish a partnership to create an indoor community pool is attached for approval.
The Interlocal Cooperation Agreement partnership includes the following:
Franklin County School District
County of Franklin, Kentucky
City of Frankfort, Kentucky
Frankfort Independent School District
Approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement
Order #2025-1845 - Motion Passed: Approve the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement passed with a motion by Ms. Natalie Lile and a second by Mr. Chuck Fletcher.

Adjournment
The next meeting of the Franklin County Board of Education will be 6:00pm on October 13, 2025 at Central Office.
