Approve New Elkhorn Elementary School Bids
On April 16, 2025 bids for the new Elkhorn Elementary School were opened in the boardroom at Central Office. The opening of bids were facilitated by Wehr Constructors, the project's construction manager.
Attached are the bid recommendations made by Wehr Constructors based on bid price, the firm's public school experience, and Wehr's past experience in working with the said contractor. The total cost of the bid package only reflects construction costs and does not include soft costs from the original BG1.
