Enter into Closed Session per KRS 61.810(1)(b) & KRS 61.810(1)(c)
KRS 61.810(1)(b) allows Closed Session for "deliberation on the future acquisition or sale of real property by a public agency..."
Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c), the Board will go into Closed Session for "discussion of proposed or pending litigation..."
The Board enter into Closed Session
