Call to Order
The mission of the Franklin County Public Schools is to educate students in a community-involved learning environment that ensures all students will achieve their greatest individual potential in order to succeed in a global society.

II.
Approve Insurance for 2010-2011
The Board will need to approve an insurance carrier for 2010-2011. A handout will be provided with detailed information about each carrier.
Approval of WRMA as the insurance carrier for 2010-2011
Order #147 - Motion Passed: Approval of WRMA as the insurance carrier for 2010-2011 passed with a motion by Tim Metzger and a second by Mr. William Cofield.
III.
The Superintendent's Summative Evaluation
The Superintendent shall be evaluated annually in writing by the Board prior to July 1 of each year.
Each Board member shall complete an evaluation form prior to the meeting. The Board has completed the evaluation and the results will now be discussed with the Superintendent.
The vote (consensus) to accept the Superintendent's Evaluation as attached was accepted ---- yea/nay
Order #148 - Motion Passed: The vote to accept the Superintendent's Evaluation as attached passed 5 yea/0 nay passed with a motion by Tim Metzger and a second by Mr. William Cofield.
IV.
Adjournment
The next meeting of the Franklin County Board of Education will be 7pm on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at the Board of Education.
