The Board approved the sale of the properties at 190 Kings Daughters Drive, contingent to KDE approval, on March 28, 2023. The sales agreement lists properties of the three (3) buildings as 170, 180 and 190 Kings Daughters Drive. KDE recommends that the Board specifically approves the sale of 170, 180 and 190 Kings Daughters Drive.

The previously approved sales agreement is attached for reference.

The Local Planning Committee met on April 12, 2023 to approve the new findings. The revised DFP is attached for review and approval.
