IV. Approval of Proposed Staffing Allocation Modifications to School Councils
Rationale

The proposed staffing allocation formula for 2010-11 meets statutory (KRS 157.360(4)(a)) and regulatory (702 KAR 3:246) compliance.

Rationale

Consent for 2010 FCHS Softball Team to stay overnight at the following tournaments: Kentucky-Tennessee Border Battle in Bowling Green, KY on April 23-24, 2010 and the Oldham Co. Invitational Tournament May 7-8, 2010.
The boosters will fund the Mattingly Tours & Travel transportation for the tournament to Bowling Green, but request FCPS transportation for the Oldham Co. trip.
