Approve the Superintendent to call a public hearing for review and public comments for the District Facility Plan.

Appoint Hearing Officer
The Board of Education will hold a public hearing to review the Board approved draft of the District Facilities Plan and hear public comments. The Board must appoint a hearing officer to conduct the hearing and document testimony for the hearing officer report.
I recommend Tim Lucas as the hearing officer.
