2. Approve Superintendent to Call Public Hearing for DFP
Rationale

Approve the Superintendent to call a public hearing for review and public comments for the District Facility Plan.

Approve the Superintendent to call a public hearing for the DFP

Order #2022-1166 - Motion Passed:  Approve the Superintendent to call a public hearing for the DFP passed with a motion by Mr. Larry Perkins and a second by Ms. BeLinda Henson.

3. Appoint Hearing Officer
Rationale

The Board of Education will hold a public hearing to review the Board approved draft of the District Facilities Plan and hear public comments. The Board must appoint a hearing officer to conduct the hearing and document testimony for the hearing officer report.

I recommend Tim Lucas as the hearing officer.
