Select A Community Leader to Serve on Local Planning Committee
Due to regulation changes in LPC procedures one more Community Leader is required to serve on the Local Planning Committee. The person selected will oversee major roofing concerns in our District. There are two applicants and KDE dictates that the Board decides which one will serve on the committee. The applicants are Stan Cochran and John Cubine. Both of these individuals had would be highly qualified to serve on the commitee and both have indicated that wish to be considered for the next planning cycle if not selected to serve at this time.
The superintendent recommends that John Cubine be selected to serve on the Local Planning Committee

Approve Training for AIMSWeb Software
The federal and state governments have mandated that schools implement a Response to Intervention plan to provide assistance to students linked to the achievement gap at each school and to monitor their progress. AIMSWeb software was purchased to monitor the progress of students. The cost of the onsite two day training for this software is $3700.00.
