Approve Pay Application #1 - Commonwealth Elementary
Sherman-Carter-Barnhart, Architects are requesting payment of $356,085 to Marksbury-Cornett Engineering Corp. for work accomplished on the Commonwealth Elementary School Project.

III.
Approve Change Order #6 for Westridge Elementary
Because of high elevations directly on back of Westridge Elementary, I have requested that some work be done in this area to:
1. Lower our maintenance costs.
2. Provide erosion control.
3. Provide a visible backdrop to the school.
This proposal, at a cost of $66,700 will provide a limestone rock cover over a 10 mil. black poly film. Crown Vetch will blanket the remaining areas.
I recommend approval of Change Order #6 at a cost of $66,700 pending KDE approval.
