I. Call to Order
Rationale

II. Report from Elkhorn Elementary School
Rationale

Todd Wooldridge, interim principal, will present a report on Elkhorn Elementary School.

III. Review of Revenue and Expense Trend Data
Rationale

Review of Revenue trend data for Franklin County Public Schools.  Ms. Jones will lead the board in the review of the first 32 slides of the presentation.  The information contained in the presentation will be continued at the March 17 Board meeting.

IV. Revised Board Procedure 09.12 AP.21
Rationale

Procedure 09.12 AP.21 has been revised to include information needed for administrators to utilize in making decisions regarding acceptable transfers. 

Board minutes will reflect that the Board reviewed procedure 09.12 AP.21 changes.

V. Attendance Report
Rationale

Month 5 Attendance Report is presented for your review.

VI. Approve Consent Agenda
Rationale

VI.A. MOA for Locally Operated Career & Technical Ed Center
Rationale

Approve the revised MOA for the Career and Technical Center.  Due to an increase in student enrollment at center, the amount allocated from the Kentucky Department of Education increased by $ , for a total amount of $277,792.  This amount will be applied to help offset staff salaries.

VI.B. Shortened School Day
Rationale

We are recommending a shortened school day for a student.  The ARC has followed the appropriate procedure for requesting a shortened school day.

VI.C. FCHS - Athletic Trainer
Rationale

Franklin County High School and Western Hills High School request the establishment of a supplemental stipend for the athletic trainer.  The trainer would be paid $25/game for events sponsored by the booster or other outside organizations.

VI.D. Bus Driver Evaluation
Rationale

Request approval of new Bus Driver Evaluation.  The evaluation was developed by Mark Watson and Holly Adkins to better reflect the responsibilities and expectations of our bus drivers.
