The Franklin County Board of Education must go into Closed Session Per KRS 61.810 for purposes of discussions, "...which might lead to the appointment... of an individual employee." Specifically, to conduct interviews and discuss superintendent candidates from:

3:15 P.M. - 5:15 P.M. on Friday, February 23, 2007, in the Wilson Room at the Galt House East in Louisville;

9:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 24, 2007, in the Bradley Room at the Galt House East in Louisville;

and 1:30 P.M. - 3:30 P.M. on Saturday, February 24, 2007, in the Fields Room at the Galt House East in Louisville. 

To recess the meeting until 5:45 P.M., Monday, February 26, 2007, at the Central Office.

That the Board enter into Closed Session as stated

That the Board come out of Executive Session

The next meeting of the Franklin County Board of Education will be  Monday, February 26, 2007, at 5:45 p.m. at the Central Office.
