Discuss and Approve Change Order 14-3 from Davis H Elliot for additional conduit and power to serve a new sound system that will be addressed with a separate bid package. This is an expansion of the original scope which was to reuse the existing spherical speaker at the center of the gym. The conduit and power need to be part of the main electrical package for consistency and permitting, The sound system and low-voltage wiring will be under a separate contract.
The proposed cost for the conduit is $5,776.00 and much of this work has to be installed from a boom lift above the stage before the installation of the wall between the stage classroom and the gym is installed.

Move to accept the proposal from Davis H Elliot Co., Inc. 14-3 for an additional $5,776 to install additional sound system conduit and power in the gymnasium and to pay for this work with available contingency funds.
